available to prospective investors a series term sheet setting forth a
description of the collateral pool and the proposed structure of $1,000,000,000
aggregate principal amount of Series 2001-2 Floating Rate Class A Credit Card
Pass-Through Certificates and $52,632,000 aggregate principal amount of Series
2001-2 Floating Rate Class B Credit Card Pass-Through Certificates of Discover
Card Master Trust I. The series term sheet is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
