(1) Of the 8,000 shares of common stock sold, 7,000 shares were sold at
$2 7/16, and the other 1,000 shares were sold at $2 5/8.
(2) Of the 10,000 shares sold, 3,500 were sold at $2 17/32, 2,500 were sold at
$2 9/16 and the other 4,000 were sold at $2 19/32.
(3) Of the 4,500 shares of common stock sold, 1,500 shares were sold at
$2 3/8, 500 shares were sold at $2 13/32, 1,000 shares were sold at
$2 9/32, and the other 1,500 shares were sold at $2 1/2.
(4) Includes 150,000 shares of common stock owned by The David E.Y. Sarna
