Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the prospectus, anyone having
purchased at least 250 units of the Minnesota IM-IT 58 during the initial
offering period may aggregate those units with units purchased during the
initial offering period of Minnesota IM-IT 59 for purposes of the sales 
charge reduction for those units purchased in the Minnesota IM-IT 59 only,
corresponding to the appropriate breakpoint level as stated in the table
on the lower portion of page 15.
