Dated June 16, 1994
In addition to the quantity discounts referred to in the attached prospectus,
anyone acquiring Units in New York IM-IT Intermediate Laddered Maturity,
Series 11 may aggregate such purchases with units purchased in Series 12 of
New York IM-IT Intermediate Laddered Maturity Trust if, and when, such units
become available for purchase. Should the aggregate number of units so
purchased in the two trusts qualify the person for a greater discount than
was available for the purchase of the Units in Series 11 alone, the Sponsor
shall reimburse such person for the difference between the sales charge paid
for the Units and the sales charge that would have been applicable on such
Units if the total number of units purchased in both Series 11 and 12 had
been purchased on the original date of acquisition of the Units.
