MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER THE TRUST.

INC. THE SOLE GENERAL PARTNER OF THE MOREAN LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, A NORTH CAROLINA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, AND THE
REPORTING PERSON HAS SHARED VOTING AND DISPOSITIVE POWER OVER
