the prescribed time period.
The Annual Report on Form 10-K of Casino Resource Corporation (the
"Company") could not be filed by the prescribed due date because the Company
could not complete preparation of certain internal financial information without
unreasonable effort or expense. In addition, the Company is currently in
negotiations to acquire the assets of a third party, the results of which would
have a material effect on the presentation of the required information.
