ITEM 8. CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR.
The Registrant determined on April 24, 1997 to change its fiscal year
from a June 30 year end to a December 31 year end. A new fiscal year will
commence on January 1, 1998. The transition period of July 1, 1997 - December
31, 1997 will be reported on Form 10-K.
