As a result of a variety of factors discussed in the Company's prior filing
under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company's operating results have
improved and the Company expects that it will report net income during the
fiscal year ended December 31, 1998 as compared to a loss for fiscal year ended
December 31, 1997.
