Fund, LifePath 2010 Fund, LifePath 2020 Fund, LifePath 2030 Fund and LifePath
2040 Fund that would have been filed pursuant to 17 C.F.R. 230.497(c) do not
differ from the Prospectuses and SAI contained in Post-Effective Amendment No.
4, the most recent amendment to the Trust's Registration Statement on Form
N-1A.  The text of Amendment No. 4 to the Trust's Registration Statement was
filed electronically on June 27, 1995.
