Please insert the following language as the fourth paragraph on the cover 
     page of the prospectus:

      "Sunburst Bank, Mississippi, the Fund's investment adviser, has no 
      previous experience managing mutual funds.  However, Sunburst Bank 
      has advised common trust funds and collective funds for over 
      twenty years, including one with an investment objective and 
      policies substantially similar to those of the Fund."
