Registrant has not finalized the financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2000.
The Registrant's quarterly report on Form 10-Q could not be filed within the prescribed period
pending completion of such financial statements. The Registrant will file the subject
quarterly report on Form 10-Q no later thant the fifth calendar day following the prescribed
due date.
