State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 10-KSB,
11-K, 20-F, 10-Q, 10-QSB, N-SAR or the transition report portion thereof could
not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed.)
Due to the demands on the principal finance and accounting officer and
accounting personnel of Royal Grip, Inc. (the "Company") arising out of the
pending merger of the Company with FM Precision Golf Corporation and related
reorganization, the Company has been unable to complete the financial statements
and report of the Royal Grip, Inc. 401 (k) Savings Plan (the "Plan") within the
prescribed time period. In addition, the Company is in the process of
terminating the Plan and requires additional time in order to complete the
termination and the related audited financial statements.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

amendments thereto must be completed and filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission, Washington, DC 20549, in accordance with Rule 0-3 of the General
Rules and Regulations under the Act. The information contained in or filed with
the form will be made a matter of the public record in the Commission files.
3. A manually signed copy of the form and amendments thereto shall be

the registrant is registered.
