Supplement to the Prospectus dated May 19, 1994
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Prospectus, the
sales charges for the Financial Institutions Growth Trust, Series
1 and the Financial Institutions Growth & Treasury Securities
Trust, Series 2 are 2.75% of the Public Offering Price per Unit
(2.828% of the net amount invested) for all sales from March 2,
1995 to March 31, 1995. The 2.75% sales charge is not subject
to any further reductions. References to the previous sales charge
of 5.5% of the Public Offering Price per Unit (5.820% of the net
amount invested) for the primary offering period should be disregarded
during the period in which the sales charge is reduced. Subsequent
to the reduced sales charge period, the sales charge for all sales
shall remain as stated in the Prospectus.
