Supplement to the Current Prospectus and
Statement of Additional Information dated February 1, 1995
MFS Union Standard Fixed Income Fund, which never commenced investment
operations, was terminated as a series of the MFS Union Standard Trust on August
29, 1995. Therefore, shares of this Fund are no longer available for sale and
all references to this Fund in the Prospectus and Statement of Additional
Information are hereby deleted.
The date of this Supplement is August 31, 1995.
