all of which information has not yet been received.

operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal

The Registrant incurred substantial additional operating
expenses from the three month period ended March 31, 2000 from
the closest quarterly period of the last fiscal year, ended on
February 28, 1999. In addition, the Registrant generated
revenue for the period ended March 31, 2000, whereas in the
prior year's period there was no revenue. These items result
from the Registrant working to implement its current plan of
operation, as set forth in the Form 10-KSB for the period ended
on December 31, 1999.
