Martin Hall no longer serves as co-portfolio manager of Morgan Grenfell

references in the Prospectus to Mr. Hall should be replaced by references to
Annette Fraser, the new co-portfolio manager of Morgan Grenfell Global Fixed
Income Fund and Morgan Grenfell International Fixed Income Fund.
