Supplement to Prospectuses dated November 30, 1994
The Peachtree Bond Fund and the Peachtree Equity Fund will
implement a special offering period during which shares of either
Fund may be purchased at net asset value, without a sales load,
with the proceeds from the redemption of shares of a non-
Peachtree mutual fund. This offering period will be effective
from March 27, 1995 through July 31, 1995. The following
sections in the prospectus should be noted in regard to this
offering only for the aforementioned time period: "Summary of
Fund Expenses"; "What Shares Cost"; and "Reducing the Sales Load."
