Explanation follows:
Nutrition For Life International, Inc. ("NFLI") is currently compiling the
accounting information necessary to present its financial statements in the
Report on Form 10-Q. During the three months ended December 31, 1999, NFLI
completed certain acquisitions as reported in Reports on Form 8-K filed by NFLI.
The results of operations for the companies acquired (from the respective dates
of acquisition) will be included in NFLI's results of operations for the three
months ended December 31, 1999.
For the three months ended December 31, 1998, NFLI's net income was $404,394. It
is expected that NFLI will report a net loss for the three months ended December
31, 1999.
