Supplement to the Prospectus Dated June 8, 1994
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Prospectus, the
underwriting concessions for the Nebraska Advantage Trust, Series
20 shall be the same as the underwriting concessions for a state
trust with a sales charge of 5.5% of the Public Offering Price,
despite the fact that the sales charge for the Nebraska Advantage
Trust is 4.9% of the Public Offering Price.
