Supplement to Prospectus dated May 1, 1995
The Company has increased the number of transfers that are guaranteed to be
free from transfer charges from six to twelve. The paragraph under the
captions E. Transfer Charge on page 6, the first paragraph under the caption
Transfer Charge on page 28, and the fifth paragraph under the caption B.
Transfer Privilege, on page 30, are amended to read in their entirety as
follows:
The Company currently makes no charge for transfers. The Company
guarantees that the first twelve transfers in a Policy year will be
free of charge. For each subsequent transfer the Company reserves
the right to assess a charge, guaranteed never to exceed $25, to
reimburse the Company for the costs of processing the transfer.
If the Policy Owner has elected automatic transfers, the first automatic
transfer will count as one transfer towards the twelve transfers which are
guaranteed to be free of charge.
