Supplement to
Semi-Annual Report Dated April 30, 1996
An inadvertent error was made in the Financial Highlights section of the Notes
to Financial Statements appearing on page 15 of the Semi-Annual Report of the
Fund dated April 30, 1996. For the six months ended April 30, 1996, the Fund's
unaudited total investment return based on market value was 17.98%. For the
same period, the Fund's unaudited total investment return based on net asset
value was 15.13%. For such six month period, the Fund inadvertently reported
the Fund's unaudited total investment return based on market value for the 12
months ended April 30, 1996 (29.63%) and the unaudited total investment return
based on net asset value for the 12 months ended April 30, 1996 (22.00%).
