The Chubb Series Trusts prospectus is amended to reflect that Chubb Investment
Advisory and Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York have voluntarily agreed
for the period ended May 1, 1997 to waive a portion of the fees otherwise
payable to them under the terms of any investment management and/or sub-
investment advisory agreements and to assume that portion of each Portfolio's
additional expenses to the extent necessary to limit each Portfolio's total
operating expenses to the following amounts:
Resolute Money Market Portfolio .60%
Resolute Bond Portfolio .75%
Resolute Equity Portfolio .90%
Resolute Small Company Portfolio 1.15%
Resolute International Equity Portfolio 1.20%
