On April 26, 1999, United Financial Mortgage Corp. (the
"registrant") withdrew its application for listing on the
NASDAQ Small Cap Market. The Company is investigating the
listing of its shares on other exchanges and may reapply for
NASDAQ listing when market conditions warrant.
