ON JULY 26, 2000 ENVIROMETRICS, INC. COMPLETED ITS TRANSACTION WITH THE
CATAPULT GROUP, INC. AND SUBSEQUENTLY CHANGED ITS NAME FROM THE CATAPULT GROUP,
INC. TO RAINWIRE PARTNERS, INC. PRO FORMA FINANCIAL INFORMATION IS BEING
PREPARED TO REFLECT THE REGISTRANT'S OPERATIONS WHICH WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE
2ND QUARTER 10-Q AND THE ADDITIONAL 5 DAYS WILL GIVE US THE TIME TO FINALIZE
THESE DOCUMENTS IN AN ORDERLY FASHION.
