On March 2, 1998, CIBER, Inc. issued 191,301 shares of its common stock and
assumed substantially of the liabilities of Advanced Systems Engineering, Inc.
("ASE") in exchange for all of the assets of ASE. This business combination
will be accounted for as a pooling of interests.
On March 2, 1998, CIBER, Inc. issued 265,455 shares of its common stock and
assumed substantially of the liabilities of Computer Resource Associates, Inc.
("CRA") in exchange for all of the assets of CRA. This business combination
will be accounted for as a pooling of interests.

CIBER ANNOUNCES MERGER WITH
ADVANCED SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, INC.
Englewood, Colorado -- March 2, 1998 -- CIBER, Inc. ("CIBER") (NYSE - CBR)
announced today that privately-held Advanced Systems Engineering, Inc. ("ASE"),
a provider of software engineering services headquartered in Aurora, CO, has
merged into CIBER.
"The merger with ASE is exciting for CIBER because it facilitates an
opportunity to enhance our federal government services, particularly with
aerospace programs," stated Mac Slingerlend, CIBER's President and Chief
Operating Officer. "ASE will become the Federal Systems activity of our CIBER
Information Systems division. We are pleased with the expertise Robert Holmes
and John Allen bring to CIBER and we look forward to growing this practice in
additional cities," Mr. Slingerlend continued.
ASE employs over 150 consultants and generates annualized revenues of over
$15 million. The combination will be accounted for as a pooling of interests.

CIBER ANNOUNCES MERGER WITH
COMPUTER RESOURCE ASSOCIATES, INC.
Englewood, Colorado -- March 2, 1998 -- CIBER, Inc. ("CIBER") (NYSE - CBR)
announced today that privately-held Computer Resource Associates, Inc. ("CRA"),
a provider of information technology and project management services
headquartered in Harrisburg, PA, has merged into CIBER.
"CRA has excellent commercial and state government relationships. In
addition to the Harrisburg office, where approximately 80% of CRA's consultants
reside, CRA adds to CIBER's presence in Raleigh, NC," stated Mac Slingerlend,
CIBER's President and Chief Operating Officer. "We look forward to creating new
long-term relationships in each of these two locations, where Y2K and
outsourcing projects already exist. CIBER is very pleased that Ann Griffiths
will remain as Branch Manager and Phillip Gring as Sales Manager in Harrisburg,"
Mr. Slingerlend continued.
CRA employs approximately 175 consultants and generates annualized revenues
of approximately $17 million. The combination will be accounted for as a
pooling of interests.
