The purpose of this Post Effective Amendment to the Registrant's Registration
Statement on Form N-1A is to designate July 31, 2000 as the new effective date
for Post Effective Amendment No. 19 to the Registrant's Registration Statement
on Form N-1A ("Post Effective amendment No. 19") as filed pursuant to Rule 485
(a)(1) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 26, 2000 and which has
