ATTACHMENT "A"
TO FORM 12b-25
The Company recently announced the relocation of its accounting department from
its Bartonville, Texas headquarters to its McAllen, Texas distribution center.
The Company is currently in the process completing the relocation, however,
prior to the completion of the move many of the accounting personnel left the
Company to take similar positions with other firms. As a result, the Company has
experienced some delays in the preparation of the financial information required
in its Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2000. As a result, the
Form 10-Q could not be completed on time.
Results of operations for the three months ended March 31, 2000 are anticipated
to be more favorable than the $1,231,000 net loss for the three months ended
March 31, 1999. Presently, the Company believes that it will report a small
profit for the three-month period ended March 31, 2000.
The Company currently anticipates the filing of its quarterly report on Form
10-Q to occur no later than 5 calendar days following the prescribed due date in
accordance with Rule 12b-25.

The information above contains certain statements that are "forward-looking
statements" within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act and Section
21E of the Exchange Act. Forward-looking statements can be identified by the use
of forward-looking terminology such as "believes", "expects", "may",
"estimates", "will", "should", "plans", or "anticipates" or the negative
thereof, or other variations thereon, or comparable terminology, or by
discussions of strategy. Although the Company estimates that it will report net
income based upon the financial information available to it, there can be no
assurances that accounting adjustments for valuation allowances for receivables,
inventory, deposits or plant and equipment, foreign taxes or currency
translation losses would adversely impact the Company's current estimate.
