The securities to be registered hereby are the __% Cumulative
Monthly Income Preferred Securities, Series A (the "Preferred Securities")
of Duquesne Capital L.P. ("Duquesne Capital"), a Delaware limited
partnership.

on Form S-3 filed by Duquesne Capital and Duquesne Light Company, as
