        On June 15, 1995, Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. (the "Selling 
Stockholder") sold 105,000 shares of Class A Common Stock, par value $1.00 per 
share (the "Class A Common Stock"), of Tele-Communications, Inc. All 105,000 
shares of Class A Common Stock were sold by the Selling Stockholder to HD Brous 
& Co., Inc. at the following prices: 30,000 shares at $22 3/16 per share, 20,000
shares at $22 1/16 per share, 10,000 shares at $22 per share, 15,000 shares at 
$21 15/16 per share, 15,000 shares at $21 7/8 per share and 15,000 shares at $21
13/16 per share. No commissions were paid to HD Brous & Co., Inc. in connection
with such sales.
