        On June 19, 1995, Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. (the "Selling 
Stockholder") sold 105,000 shares of the Class A Common Stock, par value $1.00 
per share (the "Class A Common Stock"), of Tele-Communications, Inc. All 105,000
shares of Class A Common Stock were sold were sold by the Selling Stockholder to
HD Brous & Co., Inc. at the following prices: 10,000 shares at $23 3/16 per 
share, 50,000 shares at $23 1/16 per share and 45,000 shares at 23 1/8 per 
share. No commissions were paid to HD Brous & Co., Inc. in connection with such 
sales.
