Tele-Communications, Inc. Series A TCI Group Common Stock ("TCOMA") and
Tele-Communications, Inc. Series A Liberty Media Group Common Stock ("LBTYA") on
the date, in the amounts and at the prices set forth in the table below. The
discussion following the table provides the number and the percentage (if one
percent or more) of the outstanding shares of each of TCOMA and LBTYA owned
beneficially by such Selling Stockholder immediately following the sales
described in the table.

All 3,000 shares of TCOMA and 750 shares of LBTYA were sold by the Selling
Stockholder named above to Montgomery Securities, as principal. No commission or
other compensation was paid to Montgomery Securities in connection with such
sales.
Following the sales described in the table above, Christina C. Dierker as
Trustee of the Christina C. Dierker Trust beneficially owns 18,884 shares of
TCOMA and 4,721 shares of LBTYA which are issuable upon the conversion of
certain Notes. The Selling Stockholder in the table above beneficially owns
less than one percent of the outstanding shares of each of TCOMA and LBTYA.
