Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Prospectus, with
respect to the employees, officers and directors (including their
immediate family members, defined as spouses, children,
grandchildren, parents, grandparents, mothers-in-law, fathers-in-
law, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law, and trustees, custodians
or fiduciaries for the benefit of such persons) of the Sponsor
and dealers and their subsidiaries, the sales charge is reduced
by 1.0% of the Public Offering Price for purchases of Units
during the primary and secondary public offering periods.
