                   DAWSON-SAMBERG  CAPITAL  MANAGEMENT,  INC. ("DSCM").  AS OF
JANUARY  1,  1999,  DSCM RESTRUCTURED AND PEQUOT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, INC., THE
REPORTING  PERSON  IDENTIFIED  ABOVE,  WAS
                   SPUN  OFF.    THE  SECURITIES  REPORTED  HEREON ARE HELD BY
INVESTMENT  ADVISORY  CLIENTS  OF  PEQUOT  CAPITAL.
