Street Corporation 1997 Equity
Incentive Plan with 2,500 shares vesting on 12/01/00, 3,200 shares vesting on
6/30/01, 2,500 shares vesting on
12/01/01 and 3,000 shares vesting on
12/01/02.
(2) As of last plan statement. The plan accounts for interests in units of
shares and a small amount of cash. As a
