DEREGISTRATION OF UNSOLD SHARES
On June 12, 1995, Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, Inc. (the "Company")
consummated a public offering (the "Offering") of 10,000,000 shares of Common
Stock, par value $.01 per share (the "Common Stock"), of the Company. These
shares were registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to
this Registration Statement which became effective on June 7, 1995. As this
Registration Statement covered 11,500,000 shares of Common Stock, the Company
by this Post-Effective Amendment No. 1, hereby deregisters the remaining
1,500,000 shares of Common Stock that were registered but not sold in the
Offering.
