The Class A-1 and Class A-2 Certificates, Series 1995-1,
in the aggregate principal amount of $474,825,000,
evidence undivided interests in certain assets of the
Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust 1995-1 created pursuant
to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of May 1,
1995 among HFC Revolving Corporation, as Seller, The
First National Bank of Chicago, as Trustee, and Household
Finance Corporation, as Master Servicer.
