to Kentucky State Treasurer, payment of two hundred seventy-one dollars and
fifty cents ($271.50) was paid to the State of New Jersey, eleven dollars
($11.00) was paid to Georgia Income Tax Division, eleven dollars ($11.00) was
paid to Georgia Income Tax Division, eleven dollars ($11.00) was paid to Georgia
Income Tax Division, twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500) was paid to
Alabama Dept. of Revenue, and thirteen dollars and seventy two cents ($13.72)

       In accordance with the cash management orders, PRG instructed its bank
       not to honor checks presented after February 01, 2000 dated January 31,

       re-billing PRG and its subsidiaries. The accounts will be brought current
