SUPPLEMENT DATED JULY 19, 1996 TO THE PROSPECTUS DATED JULY 18, 1996
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Prospectus, for
investors who purchased Units of the Trusts on the Initial Date of Deposit, July
18, 1996, the Public Offering Price is based on the offering prices of the Bonds
in each respective Trust and includes a sales charge for Arizona Insured Series
2, National Insured Series 2, Oregon Insured Series 4 and Territorial Series 4
of 4.56%, 4.29%, 4.44% and 4.46% of the Public Offering Price, respectively.
Thereafter, the Public Offering Price will be calculated as set forth in the
Prospectus.
