Missouri Prospectus Supplement August 7, 1996
Strategist Aggressive Growth Fund (Aug. 7, 1996)
"The Fund invests primarily in equity securities the
investment manager believe are undervalued in relation to their
long-term earning power or the asset value of their issuers or that
have above-average growth potential. Securities may be undervalued
because of such factors such as market decline, poor economic
conditions, tax-loss selling or actual or anticipated unfavorable
developments affect the issuer of the security. These factors may
provide buying opportunities at attractive prices.
Investors in the Fund should be aware that the Fund may
concentrate its investments in the utilities and energy sectors of
the market. To the extent the Fund does so, it will be more
affected by adverse events in those sectors than a fund that does
not concentrate in those sectors. During the Fund's initial
period, the Fund may have higher turnover rates which result in
increased brokerage commissions and taxes."
