On August 24, 1993, KRUG International Corp. ("the Corporation") filed
a Registration Statement on Form S-8 (#33-67920) registering the offering of
100,000 Common Shares of the Corporation that might be issued under its
Incentive Share Option Scheme 1985. The offering has terminated. In accordance
with item (512)(a)(iii) of Regulation S-K, the Corporation hereby withdraws from
registration 72,763 Shares (after adjustment for stock dividends and stock
splits) that were registered but at the termination of the offering remained
unsold.
