ITEM 7. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND EXHIBITS
On Form 8-K filed on July 17, 1995, TransTechnology advised
the Commission that it expected to furnish audited financial statements of the
acquired Seeger businesses within 60 days of such date as required by the Act.
The audit of such businesses is presently underway, however, it has not yet
been completed. Accordingly, the Company will not be able to furnish such
audited financial statements as originally contemplated in the 8-K filing. The
Company will file such audited financial statements as soon as the audit is
completed.
