ATTACHMENT - PART IV(3)
For the first three months of 1999, there was a significant
decrease in sales, as compared to the same period in 1998, as a result of the
devaluation of the Real and economic conditions in Brazil. At the present time,
management is still preparing such information and cannot accurately present
quantitatively such financial information.
