not be filed within the prescribed time period:
The Registrant has been delayed in compiling an finalizing
the financial statements which are required to be filed pursuant
to Regulation S-B. The Company is working as expeditiously
as possible to do so and expects to have all materials reviewed
and finalize by its accountants within five (5) calendar days.
