On November 27, 1996, Biocontrol Technology, Inc.
(NASDAQ:BICO) announced that it is continuing
communication with the FDA to finalize an understanding
between the FDA and the Company to do an in-home study
on the Diasensor 1000 noninvasive glucose sensor for
diabetics. Biocontrol is also continuing with its on-
going 510(k) submission process and will resubmit the
510(k) for approval to market, once the study is
completed.
