AUTOMATED CASH MANAGEMENT TRUST
Supplement to Prospectus dated June 30, 1994
On or about October 21, 1994, the shareholders of Automated Cash
Management Trust (the "Fund") will vote to approve or disapprove
a proposed Agreement and Plan of Reorganization between the Fund
and Money Market Obligations Trust (the "Trust") on behalf of
its portfolio, Automated Cash Management Trust (the
"Portfolio"), whereby the Trust would acquire all of the assets
of the Fund in exchange for Portfolio shares to be distributed
pro rata by the Fund to its shareholders in complete
liquidation and dissolution of the Fund. It is anticipated that
Fund shareholders will not recognize any gain or loss because
the transition will be completed pursuant to a tax-free
reorganization.
