There have been no changes in the information reported in the statement of
the undersigned filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission under cover of
Schedule 13G dated March 20, 1997, except that as of May 6, 1997 the number of
shares of common stock over which I have sole voting power and sole dispositive
power has increased to 243,079 and the number over which I share voting power
has increased to 56,080, as a result of distributions under a will. The
