Supplement to the Current Prospectus
The third and fourth sentences under the caption Management
of the Fund - Investment Adviser on page 9 of the Prospectus
have been deleted and replaced in their entirety by the
following sentences:
George F. Bennett, Jr., a Senior Vice President of the
Adviser and Christian Felipe, a Vice President of the
Adviser, have been the Funds portfolio managers since July
of 1993 and May of 1995, respectively. Mr. Bennett has been
employed by the Adviser since 1969. Mr. Felipe has been
employed by the Adviser since 1986.
