Note 1:  7HBF, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, owns, directly or indirectly, 
from 33-1/3% to 100% of eight 
companies that hold Class A and Class B Units of FFP.  Therefore, 7HBF may be 
deemed to share investment 
control over the units held by these companies.  7HBF disclaims beneficial 
ownership of these units.  The number 
of units set forth above is 7HBF's proportionate pecuniary interest in the 
units owned by these eight companies.
