Note 1: HBF Financial, Ltd., a Texas limited liability company, owns, directly
or indirectly, 100% of the equity
interests of two companies that hold Class A and Class B Units of FFP.
Therefore, HBF may be deemed to share
investment control over the units held by these companies. HBF disclaims
beneficial ownership of these units. The
number of units set forth above is HBF's proportionate pecuniary interest in
the units owned by these two
companies.
