thereof could not be filed within the prescribed period.
The Registrant gave the approval to file the 10-Q to the Edgar filing
services utilized by the Registrant prior to the 5:30 p.m. EDT
deadline, however, the filing service was unable to connect to the
Edgar filing system and file the 10-Q prior to the deadline. The
Registrant's 10-Q will be filed immediately subsequent to the filing of
this 12B-25.
